139 Tuxedo Update

As I’m sure many of you have seen (or for those of you who live in the area, have heard) we have completed 75% of the piling contribution. Bituminex is currently working on the underground services that tie in under Tuxedo Blvd and Doncaster. That portion of the sewer and water work will be completed by Wednesday September 6th. Our foundation work has begun and should be completed by mid-October. Shortly followed by the erection of our steel super-structure. Thus far we are on schedule and have encountered minimal delays.

We know many of you have been waiting patiently to choose your finishing materials and unit customizations and the time has finally arrived! This stage in our project is extremely important as it could lead to uncessacary complications. As such, we ask that you follow the procedure laid out below and to contact the appropriate representatives from each trade.

Your first step is to make an appointment with Michelle Chisick from Interior Illusions (contact information below). Michelle is equipped with all standard finishing materials and colour selections. We have supplied Interior Illusions with additional complimentary options, some of which were not displayed at our presentations centre. She will take you step-by-step through each room enabling you to customize your unit to your liking. In the event one of our many standard options is not satisfactory, you next step is to contact the trade directly. Michelle will have a list of all trades and their appropriate contacts designated for 139 Tuxedo clients. All upgrades/changes MUST be coordinated through the appropriate representative as these representatives have a unique understanding of our project and are equipped with all pertinent floorplans. They will have the necessary information to assist you in choosing finishing materials that are outside of our standard scope.

There will be a single $500.00 administration fee for any changes which are outside of our standard finishing material options. There will be an additional single $500.00 fee for any electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc.… or any change which requires a new architectural rendering. Remember this is only necessary in the event significant floor plan changes are desired. There is no charge of your initial consultation with Michelle at Interior Illusions.

Based on the timeline of our project, it is imperative that all customization information is selected, submitted and signed off by December 31st, 2017. In the event selections are not received and signed off by December 31st, 2017, all colour and finishing materials will be chosen on your behalf and will reflect the standard options displayed in our presentation centre.

Once again, your first step is to make an appointment with Michelle Chisick from Interior Illusions. She will have all essential information required for your finishing material selection.
